OYSHO ist eine internationale Marke der spanischen Inditex Gruppe und steht für Sportbekleidung und einen aktiven Lifestyle. 2027 kommt Oysho erstmals nach Österreich. Im Frühjahr 2027 eröffnen wir unseren ersten Store in der Wiener Innenstadt.

VISUAL COMMERCIAL (M/W/X)

in Vollzeit

Arbeitsbeginn: 01.03.2027

Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für den visuellen Auftritt unseres Stores. Mit deinem Gespür für Produkte und Inszenierung sorgst du dafür, dass die Markenwelt von Oysho stimmig und ansprechend umgesetzt wird. Dabei verbindest du ein inspirierendes Einkaufserlebnis mit einem klaren kommerziellen Blick.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

Du setzt Kampagnen, Produktpräsentationen und visuelle Veränderungen entsprechend den Vorgaben und Zeitplänen um. Dabei passt du die Warenpräsentation an den Store, die Kund und die kommerziellen Schwerpunkte an und achtest darauf, dass Sortiment und Markenidentität optimal zur Geltung kommen. Du hältst das Storebild laufend instand, kümmerst dich um Layout, Einrichtung und Beschilderung und nimmst bei Bedarf Anpassungen vor. Außerdem beobachtest du den Zustand und die Präsentation der Ware, unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung internationaler Storebesuche und gibst dem Store Manager und Deputy Manager Feedback zu Produkten und Warenpräsentation.

Im Kundenservice bist du Vorbild und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für ein inspirierendes Einkaufserlebnis. Du unterstützt und schulst deine Kollegen bei der Umsetzung visueller Vorgaben und arbeitest eng mit dem Managementteam zusammen, damit Storebild, Produkte und kommerzielle Prioritäten aufeinander abgestimmt sind.

DEIN PROFIL:

Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Produkte und Sportmode und interessierst dich dafür, was sich am Markt, bei Mitbewerbern und in sozialen Medien bewegt. Du kannst dich in die Kunden hineinversetzen und ihre Bedürfnisse in eine passende Warenpräsentation übersetzen. Mit deiner Energie und Eigeninitiative bringst du dich in den Storealltag ein. Du arbeitest organisiert, sorgfältig und detailorientiert, kommunizierst klar und kooperativ und verstehst, wie ein überzeugender visueller Auftritt Kund_innen anspricht und zum Geschäftserfolg beiträgt.
