This is a full-time opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry with one of Missouri’s most respected Chevrolet dealerships.

Ozark Chevrolet is one of the largest Chevrolet dealerships in Missouri, proudly serving Ozark and the greater Springfield area with award-winning sales and service.

Pay & Benefits

  • Expected annual salary is between $40,000 – $50,000

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, texts, and online leads in a professional, friendly manner
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding sales, service, and vehicle availability
  • Assist in scheduling service appointments and coordinate with the dealership service team
  • Support dealership marketing campaigns, online reviews, and customer satisfaction follow-ups
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service, call center, or automotive BDC representative experience (dealership background is a plus)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong computer and CRM skills (Microsoft Office, call tracking, scheduling software, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable attendance
  • High energy, attention to detail, and a true passion for helping people
