Ser responsável pela conferência e controle dos valores das notas fiscais dos benefícios junto a folha de pagamento, através da checagem dos relatórios e valores enviados pelas seguradoras, a fim de assegurar que os valores cobrados e descontados dos empregados estejam corretos.Monitorar e controlar os indicadores de benefícios, através da análise dos valores e utilização dos benefícios, de modo a otimizar e melhorar a performance dos planos de benefícios.Realizar e controlar as requisições de compras dos benefícios.Ser responsável pelo material de apresentação de integração organizacional dos benefícios aos novos empregados, para que todos os novos empregados conheçam os benefícios da empresa.Realizar as requisições de pagamentos de fornecedores e controles de vencimentos de contratos através do monitoramento contínuo do fluxo de contratações. Realizar o monitoramento e controle de indicadores do Centro de Excelência de Saúde e Benefícios, conforme necessidade da área.
