Atuar na geração, análise e controle das informações gerenciais da área de Credenciamento, contribuindo para o acompanhamento dos processos, desenvolvimento de indicadores, elaboração de relatórios e apoio às atividades de gestão, visando garantir a confiabilidade das informações e a eficiência operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConsolidar, tratar e garantir a qualidade das bases de dados da área, identificando inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria.Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores e dashboards gerenciais, utilizando Power BI e demais ferramentas de análise.Analisar custos, produção, faturamento, glosas, MatMed, equipamentos, prestadores, PAD e demandas judiciais.Realizar análises de desvios, tendências e oportunidades, transformando dados em recomendações e ações para melhoria de resultados.Apoiar análises de orçamentos, faturas, contratos, tabelas e custos, identificando divergências e oportunidades de redução.Elaborar relatórios e apresentações executivas para acompanhamento dos resultados pela gestão.Estruturar e acompanhar planos de ação, indicadores e resultados das iniciativas de melhoria.Identificar oportunidades de automação, padronização e otimização de processos.Apoiar as áreas de Auditoria, Contas Médicas, Jurídico e demais áreas parceiras com informações e análises gerenciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino superior completo em Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão em Saúde ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com análise de dados e indicadores, preferencialmente na área da saúde, Home Care ou Contas Médicas.Excel avançado e Power BI (DAX e Power Query).Conhecimento em SQL.Conhecimento de TUSS/TISS, faturamento, glosas e custos assistenciais será um diferencial;Informações adicionaisCarga horária:220h | 08h as 18h Seg a Qui | 08h as 17h Sex | 5x2Unidade:Hapvida Matriz | Rua Dona Leopoldina, 1150 - Centro | Fortaleza, CEO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
