Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Acompanhar e garantir o tratamento das demandas dentro dos SLAs estabelecidos, em conformidade com as diretrizes e normativas da ANS;• Acolher o beneficiário e atuar de forma tempestiva na identificação e resolução de suas necessidades;• Realizar interface com o Contencioso ANS, contribuindo para a construção e efetivação das soluções;• Monitorar e garantir a efetivação dos agendamentos necessários para a resolução das demandas;• Analisar a jornada do paciente, identificando oportunidades e pontos críticos que impactem sua experiência;• Atuar em parceria com as áreas de negócio, promovendo o alinhamento e a mobilização necessários para a solução das demandas;• Garantir a resolução das NIPs dentro dos prazos regulatórios e dos SLAs internos estabelecidos;• Atuar na resolução de conflitos e entraves operacionais que possam comprometer o cumprimento dos prazos e a solução da NIP;• Manter comunicação próxima, clara e humanizada com o beneficiário durante todo o processo de tratativa;• Acompanhar os casos até a efetiva conclusão, assegurando que a solução entregue seja adequada à necessidade apresentada pelo beneficiário.
