Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir ponta a ponta o processo de recrutamento e seleção para posições operacionais e administrativas.Realizar o alinhamento de perfil das vagas abertas com os gestores requisitantes, garantindo assertividade nas buscas.Executar a triagem de currículos, aplicação de testes comportamentais e agendamento de entrevistas.Realizar entrevistas por competências para avaliar aderência técnica e fit cultural dos candidatos.Atuar no hunting ativo e busca proativa de talentos utilizando o LinkedIn Recruiter, redes sociais e bancos de talentos.Garantir uma excelente experiência do candidato (Candidate Experience), fornecendo feedbacks estruturados e ágeis em todas as etapas.Acompanhar os indicadores de R&S (como SLA de fechamento, turnover precoce e eficiência de fontes de atração).Auxiliar nas estratégias de Employer Branding e divulgação de vagas para fortalecer a marca empregadora.Dar suporte no processo de onboarding dos novos colaboradores junto à equipe de Departamento Pessoal.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórioEnsino Superior completo ou cursando em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Vivência anterior em recrutamento e seleção de pessoas.Conhecimento prático em entrevista por competências.Habilidade com busca ativa via LinkedIn e divulgação em canais de atração.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, foco em gestão de prazos e organização.DesejávelConhecimento prévio na plataforma Gupy ou outros sistemas de ATS.Ter domínio em contratações de grande e média escala
