Estamos falando do Enfermeiro de Educação Continuada.Esse profissional tem como principal missão garantir a atualização técnica, científica e comportamental das equipes de saúde, promovendo treinamentos estratégicos que impactam diretamente na segurança do paciente, na qualidade do atendimento e no cumprimento das normas regulatórias.Responsabilidades e atribuições Conduzir entrevistas técnicas com candidatos às vagas de Técnico de Enfermagem e Enfermeiro, direcionadas aos diferentes setores da área da saúde;Avaliar conhecimentos técnicos, experiências profissionais e competências comportamentais dos candidatos, considerando as necessidades de cada área assistencial;Identificar a aderência do perfil do candidato aos requisitos técnicos e às características da vaga;Apoiar o time de Recrutamento e Seleção na tomada de decisão, fornecendo parecer técnico sobre os profissionais entrevistados;Registrar as avaliações e resultados das entrevistas nos sistemas e controles utilizados pelo RH;Apoiar processos seletivos de alto volume, realizando entrevistas ao longo da jornada de trabalho conforme agenda definida;Realizar alinhamentos com o RH e, quando necessário, com as lideranças assistenciais sobre perfil, requisitos e critérios técnicos das vagas;Contribuir para a padronização dos critérios de avaliação de profissionais de enfermagem;Garantir uma condução ética, humanizada e profissional durante todo o processo de entrevista.
