Estamos em busca de um(a) Farmacêutico(a) Noturno para integrar o time do Hospital Guarás, em São Luís/MA.Nesta posição, você será a referência técnica durante o período noturno, garantindo a segurança do paciente através de uma dispensação assertiva e um atendimento humanizado. Se você possui perfil proativo, preza pela excelência ética e quer atuar em uma operação 24 horas que é referência na região, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como Responsável Técnico(a) pela unidade durante o plantão noturno, garantindo a conformidade de todos os processos;Realizar a dispensação de medicamentos e oferecer orientação farmacêutica detalhada aos clientes e pacientes;Executar a conferência, controle rigoroso e armazenamento de itens, com foco especial em medicamentos controlados (Portaria 344/98);Assegurar o cumprimento integral das normas sanitárias e da legislação farmacêutica vigente;Realizar a atenção farmacêutica, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre posologia, interações e uso correto de fármacos;Monitorar o controle de estoque, acompanhando prazos de validade e organização dos produtos;Supervisionar e orientar a equipe de balconistas e atendentes de plantão;Efetuar o lançamento e a transmissão de receitas através do SNGPC;Prestar suporte estratégico em processos de inventário e auditorias internas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior Completo em Farmácia;Possuir registro ativo no CRF (Conselho Regional de Farmácia);Desejável: Experiência prévia em Farmácia Hospitalar ou Drogaria;Vivência anterior em escala de plantão noturno;Domínio do sistema SNGPC.Informações adicionaisCarga horária: 180 HorasUnidade: HOSPITAL GUARASO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
