Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as equipes de camareiros e auxiliares de rouparia, distribuindo atividades, acompanhando escalas e avaliando a qualidade dos serviços prestados.Gerenciar o estoque de enxoval hospitalar, monitorando entradas, saídas, consumo, perdas e necessidades de reposição.Acompanhar o processo de recebimento, conferência, pesagem, acondicionamento e distribuição do enxoval proveniente da lavanderia.Garantir o fluxo de lavagem, relavagem e reposição do enxoval, comunicando à lavanderia eventuais faltas ou irregularidades.Realizar visitas técnicas e reuniões com a lavanderia, em conjunto com a Coordenação de Hotelaria.Garantir o atendimento das solicitações de enxoval recebidas via sistema, telefone ou QR Code, respeitando o prazo máximo de 30 minutos.Supervisionar a troca e organização do enxoval dos pacientes, preparação dos leitos para novas admissões e reposição de itens de higiene e uso diário.Acompanhar a entrega e a troca de enxoval dos pacientes não acamados, confortos médicos e roupas privativas, conforme os procedimentos institucionais.Garantir a limpeza concorrente e terminal das rouparias e dos carros camareiros, assegurando o preenchimento dos respectivos checklists.Realizar rondas nas unidades hospitalares, auditando o uso adequado do enxoval e identificando oportunidades de melhoria.Conduzir inventários periódicos do enxoval hospitalar em parceria com a Coordenação de Hotelaria.Garantir a calibração das balanças utilizadas na pesagem de roupas limpas e sujas.Realizar treinamentos operacionais, orientar a equipe quanto aos POPs e acompanhar o cumprimento dos padrões estabelecidos.Monitorar a postura, apresentação pessoal, utilização de uniformes, crachás e cumprimento das normas institucionais.Registrar ocorrências do plantão e acompanhar a resolução de não conformidades.Zelar pela organização, limpeza, conservação dos equipamentos e recursos tecnológicos do setor.Apoiar as atividades de admissão de pacientes e os projetos institucionais de hotelaria.Realizar o Bom Dia Hotelaria em conjunto com a Coordenação, acompanhando os padrões de atendimento e qualidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Hospitalar, Hotelaria, Enfermagem ou áreas correlatas

Desejável: Vivência em supervisão de equipes operacionais, preferencialmente em rouparia, lavanderia, hotelaria hospitalar ou áreas correlacionadas;Vivência em gestão de enxoval hospitalar, controle de estoque, distribuição e acompanhamento de processos de higienização; Vivência em gestão de pessoas, organização de escalas, acompanhamento de indicadores e gestão de processos.Informações adicionaisCarga horária:07h00 às 16h48 - Segunda à sexta.Unidade:Hospital Salvalus - R.
