Ihre Aufgaben

Wir betreiben an unseren drei vernetzten Standorten rund 500 Clients und mehr als 150 Server. Neben Microsoft 365 und anderen Cloud-Diensten arbeiten wir in unserem Rechenzentrum mit AD, Exchange, SCCM, Citrix, VMware, SQL, Enterprise Vault, iManage DMS u.a.

  • Mitarbeit im IT-Team Sie unterstützen mit Ihrer exzellenten Expertise unser Team bei aktuellen und kommenden Softwareprojekten. Hierbei steht es Ihnen weitgehend frei, bei welchen Projekten Sie mitarbeiten wollen.
  • Analyse und selbstständiges Lösen von Problemen Nach der Einarbeitung lösen Sie Störungen (2nd und 3rd Level) nach der Fehlersuche eigenverantwortlich. Hierbei sind Sie jederzeit in das Team eingebunden und werden unterstützt.
  • Durchführung von IT-Projekten Sie planen IT-Projekte und setzen diese selbstständig um. Hierbei bringen Sie nicht nur Ihre Erfahrungen, sondern auch neue Ideen ein.
  • Cloudbetrieb Durch Ihre Erfahrungen unterstützen Sie uns bei Cloudprojekten und insbesondere einem sicheren Microsoft 365 Einsatz.
  • Sicherstellung eines sicheren und effizienten Betriebes Zusammen mit dem Admin-Team gewährleisten Sie einen sicheren und störungsfreien Betrieb unserer IT.

Ihr Profil

  • Begeisterung für IT und technische Herausforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Administrator (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Server-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft 365
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sicheres Auftreten
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
