Ihre Aufgaben

  • Anwender-Support und Betreuung der Windows-basierten IT-Infrastruktur an drei vernetzten Standorten mit rund 500 Clients und über 150 Servern (u. a. Microsoft 365, AD, Exchange, SCCM, Citrix, VMware, SQL, Enterprise Vault, iManage DMS)
  • Ansprechpartner für IT-Fragen und -Probleme (Betreuung von rund 450 Mitarbeitenden)
  • Analyse von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen, Computern, Telefonen und IT-Ausstattung
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und -rechten in Active Directory, EntraID und Exchange
  • Support von Microsoft 365 Apps und unserer Legaltech-Anwendungen
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung von Lösungen für Spezialprobleme

Ihr Profil

  • Begeisterung für IT und technische Herausforderungen
  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support
  • Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Betriebssystemen, Active Directory und Exchange sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Hard- und Software sowie Netzwerktechnologien
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
