Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben sowie in Abstimmung mit Partnern und Sekretariaten
  • Erstellung von Korrekturbelegen
  • Auswertung der Zeiterfassungen der juristischen und steuerlichen Fachbereiche
  • Anfertigung diverser Berichte
  • Anlage neuer Projekte und Mandate
  • Digitale Ablage im Dokumentenmanagementsystem

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit DATEV
