Du bringst Performance, People und Brand Experience zusammen. Mit klarem Blick aufs Business und echter Präsenz auf der Fläche.

Unsere Stores sollen dabei mehr sein als Verkaufsflächen - sie sind Erlebnisräume und Community Hubs, in denen P&T im Alltag lebendig wird.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre ein Verkaufsteam geführt.
  • KPIs sind für dich kein Reporting-Ritual. Du nutzt sie, um Entscheidungen zu treffen und Dinge besser zu machen.
  • Du kennst dich mit Personaleinsatzplanung und Arbeitsrecht aus.
  • Du führst klar, verbindlich und mit Blick auf die Entwicklung deines Teams.
  • Du hast Spaß am Verkaufen und bist gerne mitten im Geschehen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und findest Lösungen, wenn es darauf ankommt.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1- und Englisch auf B1-Niveau.

Nice to have

Du bringst Erfahrung aus Premium-Retail, Hospitality oder Food & Beverage mit oder hast eine passende Berufsausbildung und hast ein Gefühl dafür, wie Marke, Ästhetik und Customer Experience zusammenspielen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Run the business. Du hast Umsatz, Kosten und relevante KPIs im Blick und machst aus Zahlen konkrete Entscheidungen.
  • Grow your team. Du führst und entwickelst dein Team und begleitest Recruiting, Onboarding und Einarbeitung im Store.
  • Create the experience. Du setzt gemeinsam mit deinem Team den Anspruch an Beratung, Service und Guest Experience jeden Tag um.
  • Keep it running. Von Personaleinsatz und Warenwirtschaft bis Inventur und Store-Standards sorgst du dafür, dass die Abläufe stimmen.
  • Build community. Du bringst Kampagnen, Events und lokale Aktivitäten in deinen Store und stärkst die Verbindung zu unseren Kund:innen.

Was dich erwartet

  • Eine Führungsrolle mit echter Verantwortung für Business, Team und Experience.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Area Management, People Team, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising und Retail Training zusammen.
  • Und vor allem: Du gestaltest einen Store, in dem Performance und Markenerlebnis zusammengehören.
