The posting

Bij de P&V Groep speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling, performantie en duurzame groei van onze activiteit hypothecaire kredieten. Je combineert strategisch inzicht, leiderschap en kredietexpertise en maakt zo een directe impact op onze klanten, partners en organisatie.

Jouw uitdagingen

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van een tiental medewerkers met aandacht voor performantiemanagement, talentontwikkeling, opvolgingsplanning en individuele groei.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte werking van de dienst door processen, tools, werkwijzen en performantie-indicatoren continu te optimaliseren.
  • Waken over de naleving van wettelijke, fiscale, prudentiële en compliancevereisten en het beheersen van operationele risico's.
  • Opstellen van interne en externe rapporteringen en vertegenwoordigen van de P&V Groep bij externe stakeholders en sectororganisaties.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van het budget van de afdeling in nauwe samenwerking met Risk, Finance, Investments en ALM.
  • Bijdragen aan de financiële resultaten via marktanalyses, deelname aan gespecialiseerde overlegorganen en het formuleren van strategische aanbevelingen.
  • Toezicht houden op de portefeuille hypothecaire kredieten die via de netwerken van P&V en Vivium wordt verdeeld en meer dan één miljard euro vertegenwoordigt.
  • Begeleiden van complexe kredietdossiers en deelnemen aan het Kredietcomité.
  • Onderhouden van sterke relaties met agenten en makelaars en bijdragen aan kennisdeling en opleidingen binnen de commerciële netwerken.
  • Actief samenwerken met andere managers binnen de directie Life, EB, Health en Hypothecaire Kredieten en bijdragen aan transversale projecten.

Wat je meebrengt

  • Een opleiding in een economische, financiële, commerciële of juridische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen de analyse, toekenning of het beheer van hypothecaire kredieten.
  • Ervaring in people management is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans perfect en hebt een zeer goede kennis van de andere landstaal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling (begrijpen en uitdrukken).
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om medewerkers te motiveren, begeleiden en laten groeien.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, gecombineerd met diplomatie en daadkracht.
  • Een commerciële ingesteldheid en het vermogen om duurzame relaties op te bouwen met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden, een goed beoordelingsvermogen en een resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Een gestructureerde manier van werken, verantwoordelijkheidszin en veerkracht.
