Paas Food Industries NV is een ambitieus en innovatief bedrijf gevestigd te Maasmechelen. Als bedrijf zetten wij al onze troeven in op het produceren van alle mogelijke gevogeltebereidingen. De passie voor voeding zit namelijk in ons DNA. Deze gedeelde passie is ook net wat ons als team zo hecht maakt. PFI bedient zowel de retailmarkt als het foodservicekanaal van een brede waaier aan gevogelteproducten en - bereidingen. Dit gaat van verse onbehandelde kipproducten tot gepaneerde, gemarineerde, voorgegaarde en convenience gevogelte producten. Door onze positionering in het hogere, kwaliteitsvolle segment gevogeltebereidingen, mogen wij ons met trots hofleverancier noemen bij alle grote supermarktketens, zowel in eigen land als in onze buurlanden. PFI is steeds trouw gebleven aan de ambachtelijke kwaliteit, maar wil ook zijn rol waarmaken van ‘Partner in de vernieuwing’. Samen streven we elke dag opnieuw naar hoogwaardige producten, om de klant een zo perfect mogelijke service te bieden. Wat staat je te wachten? Wij geloven in wederzijds engagement en een sterke verbondenheid. Momenteel zoeken wij een Technieker. Onze techniekers zorgen voor een goede werking van alle machines en installaties. Zij doen metingen om de werking van machines/installaties te controleren, zij verhelpen storingen in de fabriek. Zij doen preventief en predicatief onderhoud volgens richtlijnen van leveranciers of intern opgestelde richtlijnen. Alle storingsinterventies worden geregistreerd op opdrachtbonnen, waarop ook verbruik van materiaal wordt genoteerd. Deze bonnen worden door het afdelingshoofd in een database ingegeven, zodat de voorraden automatisch worden beheerd, en er een historiek per machine wordt opgebouwd, die kan dienen tot verbetering van de onderhoudsrichtlijnen. De techniekers plaatsen en installeren nieuwe machines en apparatuur. Ook onderhoud van terreinen, gebouwen en het wagenpark hoort tot de taken van de techniekers. Daarnaast houden zij de technische dienst en het technische magazijn ordelijk (o.a. hygiëne) en volgen alle technische voorraden op. Externe communicatie met leveranciers, interne communicatie met productie, planning, logistiek, onderaanneming, enz. De techniekers rapporteren aan de Supervisor van de technische dienst die op zijn beurt rapporteer aan de Plant Manager en de CEO.

Wat zoeken wij in onze nieuwe collega? Je hebt min een A2 in een technische richting Je hebt kennis van en ervaring in minstens 4 van volgende gebieden: PLC, pneumatiek, hydrauliek, sanitair, elektrisch, elektrotechniek, HVAC, lassen/constructie Een getuigschrift van BA4/BA5 is een pluspunt Je hebt technische kennis over machines, productielijnen, ... Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken en werken in een koudere omgeving is geen probleem voor jou Je hebt goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels Een getuigschrift BA4/BA5 is een pluspunt alsook een getuigschrift
