Bij Paboes draait alles rond warme relaties en spelend leren. We willen dat elk kind zich veilig voelt, zichzelf durft te zijn, en groeit in z’n eigen tempo. We werken maximaal kindvolgend. In een team met een lage kind-begeleidersratio (1 op 6) bouw jij mee aan die veilige, rijke omgeving.

- Je houdt van jonge kinderen én van structuur.

- Je wilt pedagogisch impactvol werk doen in een visiegedreven organisatie.

- Je zoekt deeltijds werk met perspectief op vast contract.

- Je bent leergierig en ziet procedures eerder als houvast dan als beperking.

Jouw taken:

- Creëren van een warme, uitnodigende sfeer voor kinderen en ouders

- Verzorgen, begeleiden en stimuleren van baby’s en peuters

- Organiseren van speelse en procesgerichte activiteiten

- Actief samenwerken met collega’s rond welbevinden en betrokkenheid

- Uitvoeren van huishoudelijke zorgtaken (zoals opruimen, orde en netheid ifv. autocontrolesysteem)

- Rapporteren in D-Care, overleggen met ouders en het team
