PACE, paixão de fazer acontecer!Somos a primeira planta automotiva multimarcas do Brasil.Se você, assim como nós, acredita que o sucesso é construído com dedicação e trabalho em equipe, vem fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo você contribuirá com o nosso time?- Cotações e Propostas: Realizar cotações de materiais e serviços, solicitar orçamentos e elaborar matrizes comparativas detalhadas de propostas comerciais.- Processos de BID: Auxiliar e operacionalizar processos de BID, estruturando concorrências de fornecedores e análises de mercado.- Gestão de Contratos: Acompanhar a vigência, renovação, reajustes, documentações e cumprimento das cláusulas dos contratos com fornecedores ativos.- Follow-up e Acompanhamento: Realizar o monitoramento contínuo junto aos fornecedores para garantir o cumprimento rigoroso dos prazos de entrega e condições negociadas.- Interface Logística e Fiscal: Alinhar o recebimento de mercadorias com a equipe de estoque/recebimento e atuar na solução de divergências fiscais ou operacionais.- Cadastro e Compliance: Manter o cadastro de fornecedores atualizado, garantindo a regularidade documental e a conformidade corporativa.- Atendimento Interno: Prestar suporte ativo aos departamentos solicitantes quanto ao status das requisições e andamento das compras.
