· Develop and maintain the Finance PMO portfolio roadmap, Gantt charts, and executive dashboards.

· Lead the portfolio prioritization process and oversee project intake and activation in partnership with Finance leadership.

· Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

· Translate complex finance and accounting process changes into clear project plans and stakeholder communications.

Strategic Leadership

· Contribute to the development of the Finance division's strategic plan and multi-year transformation roadmap.

· Develop Finance leadership forums, change advisory bodies, and governance committees.

· Lead change management and transformation initiatives to improve financial processes, system capabilities, and documentation.

Additional responsibilities as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

· PMP certification preferred; additional certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, PgMP, CPA, or CMA) are a plus.

· Experience leading high-profile finance system implementations (e.g., ERP, EPM, financial reporting platforms) or large-scale process improvement projects.

· Proven success building and maturing PMO functions within a finance or corporate services environment.

Essential Competencies:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
