Summary

A2G currently has an opening for a Lead (LP) / Instructor Pilot (IP). The position serves as the senior line pilot responsible for aircrew leadership, standardization, training, and mission execution. While reporting to the Chief Pilot, this position ensures aircrew are qualified and mission-ready to operate in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, DCMA 8210.D requirements, and applicable government directives.

All other times they will be on leave without pay (LWOP), unless authorized by Management. Although training will be conducted in Titusville, FL, relocation is not required for this position.

Note: A2G International uses Pacifico Energy Group's (PEG) hiring portal to manage the application and recruitment process. As a result, you may receive communications from PEG throughout the hiring process. This position is with A2G, all employment terms, conditions, and onboarding will be managed directly by A2G.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
