Activities Assistant – Part-Time or Full-Time

Stanley Post Acute | Milwaukie, OR

Do you enjoy bringing people together and making someone’s day a little brighter? Stanley Post Acute is looking for a friendly, creative, and dependable Activities Assistant to help create meaningful and engaging experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and leading group activities, games, crafts, and social events.
  • Encourage resident participation and support individual interests and hobbies.
  • Help create a fun, welcoming environment that promotes socialization and quality of life.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills.
  • Creativity and a genuine desire to work with older adults.
  • Previous experience in activities, recreation, or senior care is a plus.

Schedule: 3–4 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday. Part-time or full-time opportunities may be available depending on hours.
