About the Role:

This is a client-facing role. The Business Solutions Partner spends a significant portion of their time working directly with clients — helping them unlock value from Pacvue's platform, identifying the right solutions to common business needs, and helping capture field insights for the broader BSP team to structure into product feedback. It is a role for someone who is comfortable in front of customers, curious about technology, and motivated to sit at the intersection of commercial and product thinking.

The BSP builds working knowledge of Pacvue's platforms and services to support client engagements, applying established guidance and escalating more complex or custom needs to senior BSP team members. The role supports specific stages of the client lifecycle as business needs evolve, working in close collaboration with the broader BSP team and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Technical Solutioning

  • Client engagement is a primary focus of this role. The BSP supports client and internal-team conversations by helping identify the right parts of the platform and product suite to address common business needs, escalating more complex or custom scoping to senior BSPs.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their objectives, identify gaps, and recommend established solutions across Pacvue's platform, with senior BSP support for more complex cases.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and agency teams to support client engagements and post-sales technical guidance under the direction of senior team members.
  • Communicate platform capabilities clearly to day-to-day practitioners and client teams, with senior BSPs leading conversations with senior decision-makers. Regular travel to client sites, industry events, and team meetings across EMEA is a key component of this role.
  • Support opportunities across the full funnel — from pre-sales discovery through to expansion — contributing technical support where it is needed, under guidance from senior BSPs.
  • Flag potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities for review by Sales and senior BSP team members, based on client conversations.

Product Feedback & Roadmap Contribution

  • The BSP works closely with clients and plays a supporting role in gathering input that feeds the team's broader product feedback process.
  • Collect product feedback from client interactions, working closely with the BSP team to help build a consolidated, prioritised view of client needs.
  • Help translate client use cases into clear notes for senior BSP colleagues and Product teams to shape into product requirements.
  • Contribute observations to regular VOC reporting, covering themes across features, retailer integrations, UX, and data.
  • Participate in EMEA alpha/beta programmes, gathering feedback to share with senior BSPs and product teams.
  • Flag potential expansion opportunities linked to product gaps or unmet client needs for senior team members to incorporate into pipeline and account growth conversations.

GTM & Enablement Support

  • Support GTM initiatives and product launches — particularly in non-Amazon Retail Media, programmatic, and DSP — by sharing client perspective to help senior team members validate positioning.
  • Contribute to enablement sessions, playbooks, and solution guides for Sales and internal teams, with a focus on Retail Media (non-Amazon), programmatic, and DSP capabilities.
  • Help develop practical content — demos, ROI models, talking points — that supports the commercial team in the field.
  • Share competitive and market observations to inform product and GTM strategy discussions led by senior team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • The ideal candidate has a developing grounding in programmatic advertising, is comfortable in client-facing environments, and is building the structured thinking required to support product feedback loops.
  • Some hands-on exposure to programmatic and DSP platforms; familiarity with Amazon DSP is a plus, and The Trade Desk experience is also valued.
  • A developing understanding of retail media and full-funnel advertising.
  • Comfort in client-facing situations, with the ability to listen carefully, ask good questions, and help translate client needs into clear notes for senior team members.
  • Developing structured thinking and clear communication — the ability to help connect client feedback to what a product team needs to understand and act on.
  • Experience in brand media teams, ad tech, retail media, solutions consulting, agency, or a related commercial or operational environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA as part of the role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
