REQUISITOS:

  • Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência na produção de pães e outros produtos de padaria.
  • Disponibilidade de horário e para viajar a trabalho.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Experiencia na produção de pães e outros produtos de padaria de alta qualidade, principalmente no forneamento dos mesmos;
  • Conhecer os modos de panificação tradicionais;
  • Manter a limpeza e organização do ambiente de trabalho.
  • Ser responsável pelo controle de estoque de materiais necessários para a produção de pães e outros produtos de padaria.

DESEJÁVEL:

  • Experiencia na produção de pães artesanais de fermentação natural;
