  • Identify and recruit experts whose insights can help address emerging policy, intelligence, and national security challenges
  • Capture key findings from discussions and produce concise, well-written reports for US Government sponsors
  • Commission and manage research projects supporting national security and international affairs programs
  • Conduct open-source research and analysis on geopolitical, economic, technological, and security developments
  • Help develop new outreach initiatives that strengthen collaboration between government and non-government communities

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex discussions and research into clear written products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to build professional relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Additional Preferred Qualifications [not required]:

  • Graduate degree in a related field
  • Two or more years of experience in outreach, stakeholder engagement, foreign policy, intelligence, national security, public affairs, government relations, research management, or event planning
  • Experience engaging with academic, commercial, scientific, financial, or policy communities
  • Foreign language proficiency
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to client sites (reimbursable)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
