Nuestro equipo de Implementación es quien hace realidad esa visión, y necesitamos un Especialista organizado y pragmático que actúe como el puente estratégico entre Producto y Tecnología.

En esta posición, serás el responsable end-to-end de materializar las iniciativas de nuestros productos bancarios. Tu misión principal es resolver la desconexión entre la ambición del negocio y la capacidad técnica, asegurando que los desarrollos sean viables, claros y sin errores.

Sin ti, los proyectos sufren de requerimientos vagos y bugs en producción. Contigo, garantizamos implementaciones exitosas y aceleramos el time-to-market.

Lo que harás

  • Ownership Total: Serás el dueño de la implementación del proyecto desde el requerimiento inicial hasta su estabilización en producción.
  • Traducción de Requerimientos: Documentarás y mediarás entre las áreas para traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos técnicos claros y completos.
  • Control de Calidad (QA/UAT): Diseñarás y ejecutarás matrices de prueba (UAT y productivas) para detectar bugs y asegurar la calidad antes del lanzamiento.
  • Gestión de Bugs: Gestionarás con Tecnología la resolución de issues críticos, asegurando que nada rompa la operación al salir a vivo.
  • Coordinación 360°: Alinearás a todas las áreas involucradas (Legal, Operaciones, Marketing) para asegurar entregas en tiempo y forma.

Lo que buscamos

  • Experiencia: 3+ años coordinando proyectos, 2+ años documentando requerimientos funcionales y 2+ años en ejecución de pruebas (Testing/QA).
  • Background: Experiencia deseable en Banca, Fintech o Tecnología (ambientes regulados). Idealmente formación académica
  • Mentalidad: Buscamos sentido común, pragmatismo y "velocidad sobre perfección". Necesitamos a alguien con alta tolerancia a la ambigüedad y autonomía.
  • Skills Técnicos: Manejo intermedio de Excel (Tablas, Dashboards), metodologías ágiles/waterfall y herramientas como Jira.
  • Conocimiento Bancario: Entendimiento de flujos operativos básicos (Cuentas, Tarjetas, Créditos).
