Confira essa oportunidade e #VemProPags!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar o desempenho financeiro e os principais indicadores da carteira de crédito PJ, identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades.Desenvolver e manter modelos financeiros para projeção de carteira, receitas, custos, inadimplência, perdas e provisões de crédito.Avaliar a dinâmica de concessão de crédito PJ, considerando originação, aprovação, utilização, amortização, risco e rentabilidade.Elaborar projeções, orçamento e análises de cenários para apoiar decisões de produto, crédito e planejamento financeiro.Analisar a formação das receitas da carteira, incluindo juros, tarifas, spreads, custos de funding e demais componentes de resultado.Projetar e acompanhar indicadores de risco e provisão, como atraso, inadimplência, perda esperada, custo de crédito e cobertura.Construir análises de rentabilidade por produto, segmento, safra e perfil de cliente, conectando os indicadores de negócio ao P&L.Preparar materiais executivos com diagnósticos, recomendações e impactos financeiros para suporte à tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em análise financeira, planejamento financeiro ou produtos de crédito, com atuação em modelagem e projeções.Conhecimento avançado de demonstrações financeiras, fluxo de caixa, P&L, orçamento e análise de cenários.Conhecimento da dinâmica de receitas de crédito, spreads, custos de funding, inadimplência, perdas e provisões.Excel avançado, incluindo fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, tratamento de bases e construção de modelos financeiros.Capacidade de estruturar análises quantitativas e transformar dados em recomendações objetivas para o negócio.Conhecimento de Power BI, SQL ou Python para tratamento, automação e análise de dados.Informações adicionaisPara se destacar nessa posição, seria interessante se possuísse:Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Gestão de Riscos, Crédito, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em instituições financeiras, fintechs, adquirentes ou empresas com carteira relevante de crédito PJ.Conhecimento de IFRS 9, perda de crédito esperada, estágios de risco e metodologias de provisionamento.Experiência com análise por safrasConhecimento de precificação de crédito e rentabilidade ajustada ao risco
