Missions

Assurer l'accueil physique et téléphonique des collaborateurs, visiteurs et partenaires;

Garantir un accueil professionnel, chaleureux et orienté service;

Gérer diverses tâches administratives et de back office;

Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour des données dans SAP WM;

Traiter les demandes internes et assurer la liaison avec les différents services;

Participer au bon fonctionnement des activités administratives quotidiennes.

Profil du candidat

Vous communiquez avec aisance en français et en allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;

Vous maîtrisez les activités d'accueil, de gestion téléphonique et de suivi administratif ;

Vous utilisez les outils bureautiques courants pour préparer et mettre à jour des documents ;

Vous traitez les informations avec rigueur et discrétion ;

Vous savez organiser les priorités selon les demandes reçues ;

Vous assurez une communication claire avec les visiteurs, visiteuses et équipes internes.
