Nous recherchons un(e) Secrétaire de Direction pour accompagner la direction dans la gestion administrative, l'organisation des réunions, le suivi des dossiers et la coordination des activités quotidiennes.

Notre client est une organisation active dans le secteur de la santé à Genève.

Missions

En tant que Secrétaire de direction 100 %, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Gérer l'agenda, les rendez\-vous et les priorités de la direction afin de faciliter l'organisation quotidienne ;
  • Préparer les séances, convocations, ordres du jour et documents nécessaires à leur bon déroulement ;
  • Rédiger, mettre en forme et relire les courriers, procès\-verbaux et communications administratives ;
  • Assurer le suivi des décisions, des demandes et des échéances transmises par la direction ;
  • Organiser le classement et l'archivage des documents, en garantissant un accès clair aux informations ;
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes, avec discrétion et professionnalisme ;
  • Gérer les appels, les courriels et le courrier entrant afin d'assurer un traitement structuré des demandes ;
  • Apporter un soutien administratif général aux activités de la direction.

Profil du candidat

En tant que Secrétaire de direction 100 %, vous avez le profil suivant :

  • Vous maîtrisez les tâches de secrétariat de direction et la gestion administrative courante ;
  • Vous utilisez avec aisance les outils bureautiques, notamment les logiciels de traitement de texte, tableurs et messagerie ;
  • Vous rédigez des documents administratifs clairs, précis et soignés ;
  • Vous savez organiser plusieurs demandes et respecter les délais convenus ;
  • Vous appliquez une confidentialité rigoureuse dans le traitement des informations ;
  • Vous communiquez de manière professionnelle avec des interlocuteurs variés.
