Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van relaties met 4 tot 6 B2B-klanten, met focus op start-ups in de B2B-sector.
  • Marktonderzoek uitvoeren om potentiële klanten en zakelijke kansen te identificeren.
  • Effectieve business developmentstrategieën uitwerken en implementeren.
  • Klanten begeleiden en ondersteunen bij het realiseren van hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om klanttevredenheid en succes te garanderen.
  • Business development-activiteiten en klantvoortgang opvolgen en rapporteren.

Ideaal profiel:

  • Sterk gemotiveerd en zelfstandig.
  • Grote interesse in sales en business development.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Sterk inlevingsvermogen.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en timemanagement.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en meerdere klanten effectief te beheren.
  • Leergierig en groeigericht in het domein van business development.
  • Flexibel en aanpasbaar aan veranderende behoeften en omgevingen.
  • Tweetalig Nederlands/Engels, met kennis van het Frans als pluspunt.
