Ihre Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter in der Auftragsvorbereitung (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die sorgfältige Zusammenstellung und Vorbereitung von Fertigungs- und Kundenaufträgen. Sie stellen Materialien und Bauteile termingerecht bereit, prüfen Aufträge auf Vollständigkeit und Qualität und sorgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Lager für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bis zur Weiterverarbeitung oder zum Versand.

  • Auftragsvorbereitung: Zusammenstellen, Prüfen und Vorbereiten von Fertigungs- und Kundenaufträgen gemäß Vorgaben und Arbeitsplänen.
  • Materialdisposition: Bereitstellung von Rohmaterialien, Bauteilen und Zubehör für die Produktion unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Aufträge.
  • Kommissionierung: Kommissionieren von Materialien und Baugruppen nach Stücklisten und Fertigungsaufträgen.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Sicht- und Vollständigkeitsprüfung der bereitgestellten Materialien und Aufträge zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards.
  • Dokumentation: Pflege und Kontrolle von Auftragsunterlagen, Lieferscheinen und Begleitpapieren.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion: Enge Abstimmung mit Produktion, Lager und Versand zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs.
  • Verpackung & Versandvorbereitung: Verpacken von Materialien und vorbereiteten Aufträgen für interne Weitergabe oder den Versand.
  • Ordnung & Sicherheit: Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Auftragsvorbereitung, Kommissionierung, Logistik oder Produktion.
  • Organisationsfähigkeit: Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Vollständigkeit und Ordnung.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Arbeitsanweisungen und Stücklisten.
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit und Termintreue.
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit: Fähigkeit, auch bei stehenden Tätigkeiten und Materialhandling konzentriert zu arbeiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.
  • Flexibilität & Eigeninitiative: Bereitschaft, unterschiedliche Aufgaben zu übernehmen und Prozesse aktiv zu unterstützen.
