Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktives Biegen von Aluminiumprofilen zu Rahmen für Fenster und Türen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Einrichten und Bedienen der Biegemaschinen und Vorrichtungen in der Abteilung Alubiegen
  • Auswahl und Anpassung von Biegeschablonen je nach Rahmengeometrie
  • Prüfung gebogener Rahmenteile auf Maßhaltigkeit, Winkelgenauigkeit und Passgenauigkeit
  • Bearbeitung und Nachbearbeitung der Aluminiumbauteile, zum Beispiel Entgraten und Schleifen
  • Anpassung und Montage von Rahmenverbindungen und Beschlagteilen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion und Fertigung zur Umsetzung neuer Rahmenprofile
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorgaben, Sicherheitsvorgaben und Arbeitsschutzvorgaben
  • Pflege und Instandhaltung der eingesetzten Maschinen und Werkzeuge

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler, Schreiner oder vergleichbare handwerkliche Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Biege- oder Umformmaschinen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Maschinen zur Bearbeitung von Aluminium
  • Sicheres Lesen und Verstehen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, unabhängig vom bearbeiteten Werkstoff
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln und hohe Präzision bei der Maßarbeit
  • Bereitschaft, vorhandene handwerkliche Fertigkeiten auf die Aluminiumverarbeitung zu übertragen
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Fertigungsprozesse
  • Auch erfahrene Fachkräfte ohne passende formale Ausbildung sind willkommen
