Mit einer vollautomatisierten und individuell zugeschnittenen Ansprache beurteilen wir die Situation jedes / jeder Schuldners / Schuldnerin individuell und erreichen dadurch höhere Rückzahlungsquoten ohne dabei die Kundenbeziehung zu belasten. Mit der Eigenverantwortung für die Durchführung und Betreuung des streitigen Verfahrens suchen wir dich als motivierte*n, strukturierte*n Sachbearbeiter*in. Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von streitigen Verfahren - du übernimmst deinen eigenen Bereich und gestaltest ihn aktiv mit.
  • Mitarbeit an spannenden Rechtsstreitigkeiten in der gesamten DACH-Region und darüber hinaus.
  • Direkter Kontakt mit allen Verfahrensbeteiligten - du bist im ständigen Austausch mit Anwält*innen, Gerichten sowie unseren Verbraucher*innen und Mandant*innen.
  • Teamwork mit unseren Partnerkanzleien und die Chance, bei spannenden Gerichtsterminen live dabei zu sein.
  • Verfassen von Anspruchsbegründungen und Schriftsätzen sowie die Beantwortung von komplexen und rechtlichen Fragen deiner Kolleg*innen.
  • Effizientes Aktenmanagement und souveräner Umgang mit unserem CRM-System.
  • Die Möglichkeit, unsere Arbeitsabläufe aktiv mitzugestalten und das Team so noch stärker zu machen.

Was du dafür mitbringen solltest:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (1. Staatsexamen) sowie erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Mahn- und Forderungswesen.
  • Kenntnisse im Prozessrecht (ZPO) und im Zivilrecht (E-Commerce, Verbraucherschutzrecht) sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Affinität zu neuen Technologien wie künstlicher Intelligenz.
