The posting

This position is being recruited by Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). NAFSA is being established as a strategic national initiative to strengthen Pakistan’s agri-trade ecosystem through enhanced regulatory oversight, facilitation, and modernization of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA’s foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support development, updating, and version control of HR/OD policies, SOPs, guidelines, and governance documentation aligned with approved frameworks and notified rules.
  • Maintain structured repositories of OD documents (organograms, job architecture, role mapping outputs, authority matrices where applicable) to ensure retrievability and audit readiness.
  • Assist in preparing drafts, summaries, and briefing notes for management review and approvals.
  • Support job documentation exercises including job description drafting/updating, JD quality checks, role clarity documentation, and role mapping across grades and directorates.
  • Maintain the JD library and tracker ensuring standardized formatting, completeness (KPIs, decision rights where applicable), and alignment with approved organograms.
  • Support job evaluation inputs by compiling required documentation and role comparison data as directed.
  • Support data collection, consolidation, and analysis for workforce planning and organizational metrics (headcount structures, vacancies, span of control, grade mix, capability gaps).
  • Maintain OD dashboards and periodic reporting trackers to support management decision-making.
  • Support periodic organizational reviews by compiling evidence on structure/process gaps and implementation progress.
  • Support change management deliverables including communications drafts, stakeholder trackers, training coordination, and adoption support activities for OD initiatives.
  • Coordinate workshops/consultations with Wings/Directorates for OD diagnostics, role clarity discussions, and organizational alignment activities.
  • Maintain change documentation including meeting records, decisions, and action trackers.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Director HR & Administration consistent with NAFSA’s mandate.

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor’s (Minimum sixteen years) in HRM, Management, Public Administration, or related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR/OD support roles.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office.
