The posting

Pakma ApS søger en faglært industriteknikker til betjening af et Mazak bearbejdningscenter.

Hvem er vi? Pakma Maskinfabrik er en ordreproducerende totalleverandør.

Vi arbejder typisk i diverse metaller og plastmaterialer. Vi bearbejder mange prototyper til special-maskiner og oftest i mindre serier – typisk 1 – 50 stk.

Vi ajourfører os løbende med den nyeste teknologi inden for bearbejdning og har indenfor de sidste år bl.a. investeret i tre nye Mazak bearbejdningscentre.

I virksomheden er vi 12 ansatte, hvor størstedelen er industritekniker/maskinarbejdere og alle med forskellige erfaringer samt anciennitet, hvilket bidrager til en alsidig og kompetent sparring imellem kollegaer.

Hvad forventer vi?

• At du har en faglig uddannelse som Industritekniker eller Maskinarbejder. Vi foretrækker at du har relevant erfaring indenfor CNC spåntagende bearbejdning.

Det vil også være en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til ISO, Mazatrol eller EdgeCam.

• Du skal selv varetage opstilling, programmering, dokumentation samt egenkontrol, hvorfor vi også forventer, at du har en god kvalitetssans og sætter en ære i dit arbejde. Dine daglige opgaver vil være varierende og udfordre dine faglige kompetencer.

• At du kan arbejde selvstændigt (selvfølgelig efter oplæring) men vi har også et tæt samarbejde på tværs af organisationen og vi lægger vægt på at man hjælper hinanden, når det er nødvendigt.

Det vigtigste for os er, at kemien passer, og at du bliver en god del af teamet. Har du ikke erfaring med Mazatrol og EdgeCam endnu? Det skal ikke holde dig tilbage – vi sørger for en grundig oplæring til den rette person.

Hvad kan vi tilbyde? Pakma ApS ligger blot 2 minutter fra Vest-motorvejens afkørsel 42 ved Korsør.

Den normale arbejdstid er fra kl. 6.30 – 15.05 og fredag kl. 6.30 – 11.45 men der er mulighed for flextid. Pakma er medlem af Tekniq-Arbejdsgiverne og har overenskomst med Dansk Metal.

Lønnen fastsættes efter kvalifikationer.

Der er en afslappet tone på fabrikken og humor er en faktor, som vi vægter højt! Vi har en medarbejder-klub hvor vi arrangerer arrangementer/ture udenfor arbejdstid.
