Über deinen neuen Arbeitsplatz:

Seit 2021 erleichtern wir bei Palabra den Arbeitsalltag von Therapeut:innen in der Logopädie und Ergotherapie. In unseren 23 Praxen und sechs mobilen Teams deutschlandweit kümmern wir uns um die Organisation im Hintergrund, damit sich unsere Therapeut:innen ganz auf die qualitativ hochwertige Behandlung von Patient:innen in allen Altersklassen konzentrieren können.

Das kommt gut an: Jede Woche vertrauen uns über 2.500 Patient:innen, und mehr als 270 Therapeut:innen bringen ihre Expertise in ein starkes interdisziplinäres Netzwerk ein - für fachlichen Austausch und gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung. Gemeinsam schaffen wir ein Umfeld, in dem fachliche Qualität, Zusammenarbeit und die bestmögliche Versorgung unserer Patient:innen im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

Du bist begeisterte Ergotherapeut:in im Fachbereich Neurologie, Geriatrie, Psychiatrie und die Arbeit mit Patient*innen in Krankenhäusern, Senioren- und Pflegeeinrichtungen und Hausbesuchen erfüllt Dich besonders? Du möchtest flexibel und mobil arbeiten, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Dein Herz schlägt für:

  • Die Durchführung von Therapien und Diagnostiken in Kliniken und Pflegeeinrichtungen
  • eine hochwertige Therapie mit einem empathischen Umgang mit den Patient:innen
  • Störungsbilder, wie Hemiparesen, Neglect, Parkinson, Alzheimer und viele mehr – wenn Du Dich hier noch nicht auskennst, unterstützen wir Dich gerne bei Fortbildungen
  • Selbstbestimmtes Arbeiten – im Rahmen der Vorgaben von Kliniken und Einrichtungen kannst Du Deinen Arbeitstag selbst so organisieren, wie es Dir und Deinen Patienten am besten passt
  • Die Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Logopäd:innen und Ergotherapeut:innen

Dein Profil

  • Freude und Spaß an der Arbeit in Einrichtungen, Krankenhäusern und Hausbesuchen im geriatrischen und neurologischen Bereich
  • Der Austausch im Team ist dir wichtig – du beteiligst dich gerne an Teamsitzungen, Fallbesprechungenund teilst dein Wissen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Dich selbst zu organisieren macht Dir Spaß
