Du lebst in Lankwitz, Lichterfelde, Steglitz oder genießt die Berliner Pendlerluft und hast Lust mal "raus zu kommen", dann haben wir die perfekte Stelle für Dich. Wir suchen ab sofort Logopäd:innen für das Vivantes Hauptstadtpflege Haus Leonore Haus Leonore (Leonorenstr. 17-33,12247 Berlin) in Vollzeit, Teilzeit, Minijob oder als Werkstudent:in.

Seit 2021 erleichtern wir bei Palabra den Arbeitsalltag von Therapeut:innen in der Logopädie und Ergotherapie. In unseren 20 Praxen und 5 mobilen Teams deutschlandweit kümmern wir uns um die Organisation im Hintergrund, damit sich unsere Logopäd:innen und Ergotherapeut:innen ganz auf die qualitativ hochwertige Behandlung von jungen und erwachsenen Patient:innen konzentrieren können.

Das kommt gut an: Jede Woche vertrauen uns über 2.500 Patient:innen, und mehr als 270 Therapeut bringen ihre Expertise in ein starkes interdisziplinäres Netzwerk ein. Gemeinsam schaffen wir ein Umfeld, in dem fachliche Qualität, Zusammenarbeit und die bestmögliche Versorgung unserer Patient:innen im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

Du bist begeisterte:r Sprachtherapeut:in/Logopäd:in im Fachbereich Neurologie/ Geriatrie und die Arbeit mit Patient:innen in Krankenhäusern, Senioren- und Pflegeeinrichtungen und Hausbesuchen erfüllt Dich besonders? Du möchtest flexibel und mobil arbeiten, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Dein Herz schlägt für:

  • Die Durchführung von Therapien und Diagnostiken im Vivantes Pflegeheim in Lankwitz.
  • Eine hochwertige Therapie mit einem empathischen Umgang mit den Patient:innen.
  • Störungsbilder wie Dysphagie, Aphasie, Dysarthrie, Trachealkanülenmanagement und viele mehr - wenn Du Dich hier noch nicht auskennst, unterstützen wir Dich gerne mit Fortbildungen.
  • Selbstbestimmtes Arbeiten - im Rahmen der Vorgaben von Kliniken und Einrichtungen kannst Du Deinen Arbeitstag selbst so organisieren, wie es für Dich und Deine Patient:innen am besten passt.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Logopäd:innen und Ergotherapeut:innen.

Dein Profil

  • Freude und Spaß an der Arbeit in Einrichtungen, Krankenhäusern und Hausbesuchen im geriatrischen und neurologischen Bereich.
  • Der Austausch im Team ist dir wichtig - du beteiligst dich gerne an Teamsitzungen, Fallbesprechungenund teilst dein Wissen.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Dich selbst zu organisieren macht Dir Spaß.
