Incorporar un Jefe de Sucursal que lidere con visión estratégica y capacidad de gestión integral. Si te apasiona maximizar resultados, coordinar equipos y garantizar la excelencia en cada proceso, esta oportunidad es para vos.

Tu misión

Maximizar los resultados de la sucursal mediante una administración eficiente de los recursos, respetando las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, y coordinando acciones en ventas, distribución, administración y mantenimiento.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Mantener una relación fluida con los principales clientes de la sucursal.
  • Desarrollar nuevos mercados y zonas, buscando oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Asegurar que supervisores y vendedores desarrollen los clientes estratégicos.
  • Revisar, validar y gestionar los objetivos de ventas de los principales clientes.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento del servicio de distribución con máxima eficiencia.
  • Evaluar y proponer acciones comerciales según el diagnóstico permanente de la región.
  • Liderar al equipo promoviendo comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y desarrollo profesional.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de procedimientos y normas internas.
  • Actualizar semanalmente la información de desempeño.
  • Participar activamente en la solución de problemas.
  • Potenciar competencias del equipo mediante coaching y reuniones grupales e individuales.
  • Investigar e informar acciones de la competencia.
  • Comunicar claramente las políticas comerciales.
  • Controlar itinerarios y recorridos de vendedores, repositores y supervisores.
  • Asegurar la integridad del stock, el estado de activos y cuentas corrientes.
  • Proponer y controlar el presupuesto de gastos de la sucursal.
  • Liderar reuniones periódicas de ventas y con responsables de áreas.

Requisitos

  • Formación terciaria o universitaria en Administración, Comercialización o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares.
  • Habilidades para liderar equipos, negociar y comunicarte de manera efectiva.
  • Conocimientos en gestión comercial, logística y administración.
  • Se valorará manejo de SAP y Power BI.
  • Residir en Santo Tomé, Santa Fe o alrededores.
