Gemeinsam bewegen wir Großes und gestalten die Zukunft. 1 Berufspraktikant HR Service Payroll (w/m/d) Wir bieten dir die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen eines Berufspraktikums (6 bis 9 Monate) einen vielseitigen Einblick in die Personalverrechnung zu erhalten. Einerseits unterstützt du unser HR Payroll-Team bei administrativen Tätigkeiten, andererseits wirst du auch eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben übernehmen und bearbeiten. Für uns bist du eine wertvolle Unterstützung, für dich soll das Praktikum auch als Kompass für deine weitere Berufswahl dienen.

Das Praktikum ist in Voll- oder Teilzeitanstellung möglich.

WAS DICH ERWARTET

* Aufbereitung, Verwaltung und Pflege von Personalstammdaten

* Verwaltung von Abwesenheiten im internen Lohnprogramm/Zeiterfassungssystem

* Vorbereitung und Verwaltung HR-relevanter Dokumente (z. B. Bestätigungen, Bescheinigungen, Dienstzeugnisse)

* Teilnahme an der Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer HR Prozesse

* Unterstützung des HR Payroll-Teams bei abwechslungsreichen administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten

WAS DU MITBRINGST

* Handelsakademie oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung; erste Arbeitserfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika von Vorteil

* Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, arbeitest selbstständig und hast ein Auge fürs Detail

* Es macht dir Spaß und fällt dir leicht, mit Menschen in Kontakt zu treten

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
