Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bergheim (Salzburg) oder Wien suchen wir einen CRM Project Manager (w/m/d). In dieser Position bist du für funktionsübergreifende Projekte verantwortlich und Teil der Entwicklung der globalen PALFINGER CRM-Lösung. * Steuerung der Entwicklung und Einführung der PALFINGER CRM-Lösung von der Initiierungs- bis hin zur Umsetzungsphase, einschließlich der Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Lieferung und Ausrichtung an den Unternehmenszielen

* Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekte zur Optimierung kundenorientierter Prozesse durch Digitalisierung und den gezielten Einsatz von KI

* Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams wie Vertrieb, Service, Marketing und IT für die Definition von Projektumfang, Zielen und deren Ergebnisse

* Überwachung der Implementierung und Integration des CRM-Systems, zur Sicherstellung eines nahtlosen Betriebs und der Benutzerakzeptanz

WAS DU MITBRINGST

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Relationship Management und im Projektmanagement

* Verständnis von CRM-Systemen und -Prozessen und deren Implementierung, Erfahrung mit MS Dynamics 365 sowie idealerweise mit AI-Projekten bzw. -Umsetzungen von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke, zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und strukturierter Arbeitsstil

* Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Bei Dienstort Wien sind regelmäßige Reisen zum Team nach Salzburg vorgesehen
