Aufgaben

  • Finanzplanung und Reporting: Du wirkst bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen, Budgetierung und Forecasts mit, analysierst finanzielle Entwicklungen und erstellst aussagekräftige Management\-Reportings
  • Business Partnering: Du unterstützt den Leiter Controlling sowie die operativen Verantwortlichen mit fundierten Analysen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Datenanalyse und BI: Du entwickelst bestehende Reporting\- und BI\-Lösungen mit dem Leiter Controlling weiter und sorgst dafür, dass relevante Kennzahlen verständlich und zeitnah zur Verfügung stehen
  • Kostenrechnung und Gesundheitsstatistik: Du verantwortest die Aufbereitung und Analyse relevanter Daten im Rahmen der Kostenrechnung gemäss REKOLE sowie der kantonalen und nationalen Statistiken (Spiges)
  • Kosten\- und Leistungscontrolling: Du analysierst Kostenstrukturen, Erlöse, Margen und Leistungsentwicklungen und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale über unsere Standorte und Fachbereiche hinweg

Job Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (FH/Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Alternativ Studium der Informationstechnologien oder
  • Naturwissenschaften ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Controlling, Accounting oder Finance
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling. Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens sind ein grosses Plus
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse und Freude am Umgang mit Daten sowie modernen Analyse\- und BI\-Tools (QlikSense)
  • Belastbare, dienstleistungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • ?Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
