Die Pallas Kliniken sind spezialisiert auf Augenheilkunde und Aesthetics. Mit über 350 Mitarbeitenden an 17 Standorten zählen wir zu den führenden Anbietern in der Schweiz.

Unser Service Center ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten. Das Team koordiniert Termine, bearbeitet telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen und sorgt mit hoher Serviceorientierung für eine kompetente und zuverlässige Betreuung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Service Centers suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kommunikative, dienstleistungsorientierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als ?

Sachbearbeiter/\-in Service Center 100%

Aufgaben

  • Anspruchsvolle telefonische Terminbuchungen und Terminverschiebungen gemäss den internen Standards für alle unsere Standorte
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Patienten
  • Bearbeitung von schriftlichen Anfragen per E\-Mail
  • Fachgerechtes und zielgerichtetes Weiterverbinden von externen Anrufen
  • Erfassen und Mutieren von Patientenangaben
  • Bearbeiten der ein\- und ausgehenden Post
  • Weitere administrative Tätigkeiten

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im medizinischen Bereich (MPA, Augenoptiker/\-in, Pharma\-Assistent/\-in, Dentalassistent/\-in oder ähnliches) oder eine kunden\- und dienstleistungsbezogene Grundausbildung wie z.B. Detailhandel
  • Kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige, teamfähige und belastbare Persönlichkeit, welche auch in hektischen Zeiten die Ruhe bewahrt
  • Gute PC\- Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch. Mündliche Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft einen Samstagsdienst im Monat jeweils am Morgen von 8\-12 zu leisten
