Vil du være med til at skabe en meningsfuld og tryg hverdag for voksne med særlige behov?

Palleshave Botilbud ligger i naturskønne, rolige omgivelser på Midtfyn og består af to afdelinger med hhv. 19 og 6 voksne borgere. Borgerne bor i egne lejligheder og har betydelig og varig nedsat psykisk og fysisk funktionsevne – nogle med et psykiatrisk tillægshandicap. Flere kommunikerer via Tegn‑til‑Tale eller kropssprog, og enkelte borgere kan udvise adfærd, der kan opleves som grænseoverskridende.

Fælles for vores tilgang er, at vi altid tager udgangspunkt i den enkeltes behov og skaber struktur, omsorg og udvikling i hverdagen.

Vi søger tilkaldevikarer

Vi har brug for vikarer til dag-, aften- og nattevagter på alle ugens dage.

Arbejdstider:

- Dagvagt: kl. 6.30–14.30

- Aftenvagt: kl. 14.00–22.30

- Vågen nattevagt: kl. 22.00–7.00

Dine opgaver

- Støtte, vejlede og aktivere borgerne ud fra deres individuelle behov

- Yde omsorg og varetage personlige plejeopgaver

- Arbejde selvstændigt, men også indgå i et stærkt teamsamarbejde

- Dokumentere i Nexus

Dine kompetencer

- Har interesse for – eller gerne erfaring med – målgruppen

- Kan skabe trygge relationer og kommunikere tydeligt

- Er initiativrig, engageret og følger opgaverne til dørs

- Bevarer ro og overblik i pressede situationer

- Er nærværende, omsorgsfuld og mødestabil

- Kan udføre dokumentationsopgaver (kendskab til Nexus er en fordel)

- Har kørekort B
