  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere CRM-Strategie – und verwandelst Leads in nachhaltige, profitable Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Du konzipierst und skalierst automatisierte Kampagnen, die nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern messbar Wirkung zeigen.
  • Du nutzt Daten konsequent als Steuerungsinstrument: identifizierst Chancen, triffst klare Entscheidungen und hebst unsere Performance auf ein neues Niveau.
  • Du entwickelst unsere CRM- und Marketing-Automation-Landschaft strategisch weiter – mit dem Ziel, sie zum zentralen Steuerungsinstrument für Marketing und Vertrieb zu machen.
  • Du steuerst Performance- und SEO-Aktivitäten (inkl. Agenturen) mit klarem Fokus auf Wirkung, Effizienz und Wachstum.
  • Du bringst System, Kanäle und Teams zusammen und formst daraus nahtlose Customer Journeys mit echtem Business-Impact.

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Du bringst starke CRM-/Automation-Erfahrung mit – idealerweise mit Salesforce – und nutzt sie, um Customer Journeys konsequent aufzubauen, zu skalieren und messbar zu machen.
  • Du denkst End-to-End und nutzt Daten konsequent, um Performance zu steigern.
  • Du entwickelst Kommunikation, die Zielgruppen erreicht und aktiviert.
  • Du übernimmst Ownership, challengst Bestehendes und verbindest Teams, Kanäle und Perspektiven.
