What does an AI Product Owner / Project Manager do at PALO IT?

As an AI Product Owner / Project Manager at PALO IT, you will:

- AI Delivery: Plan and track project milestones using AI for estimates, risk assessment, and capacity management. Automate reporting and backlog operations while ensuring quality through AI-powered testing.

- Client Success: Manage client relationships and expectations with predictive insights, track value and ROI, and lead cross-team delivery and scope alignment. Drive adoption through AI-supported change management.

- Team and Process Optimization: Coach teams using AI insights, improve workflows and documentation, facilitate workshops and retrospectives, and innovate processes through tools, automation, and metrics.

What experience do you need for this role?

You're a strong fit for this AI Product Owner / Project Manager role if you have:

- 5-8 years of experience in software project management or consulting.

- Deep technical understanding, with 2-3 years of experience as a developer/engineer.

- Strong knowledge of Agile practices, backlog management, and continuous delivery at scale.

- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs effectively.

- Comfort in interpreting AI-generated content including architecture, code, and prompts.

- Experience with AI tools in project management workflows.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, MS Project, GitHub, Confluence, Tableau, Zapier, and AI-powered PM tools.

- Stakeholder management, business analysis, risk assessment, and financial management skills.

- Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.

- Strong soft skills including strategic thinking, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.

- Fluent English communication skills.
