A Disapar Suprimentos Industriais busca um(a) Supervisor(a) de Televendas com experiência comercial, perfil de liderança e conhecimento no segmento de suprimentos industriais. Procuramos um profissional capaz de desenvolver a equipe, fortalecer o relacionamento com os clientes e impulsionar os resultados comerciais, aliando conhecimento técnico dos produtos à estratégia de vendas.

Principais responsabilidades - Supervisionar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe de televendas, acompanhando o desempenho individual e coletivo. - Planejar e acompanhar metas, indicadores comerciais e resultados, elaborando estratégias para aumentar as vendas e a produtividade. - Desenvolver ações de prospecção, fidelização e reativação de clientes, ampliando as oportunidades de negócio. - Apoiar a equipe em negociações, identificação de necessidades e apresentação de soluções adequadas aos clientes. - Acompanhar o portfólio de produtos, suas aplicações e especificações, garantindo maior segurança e assertividade nas negociações. - Monitorar a qualidade do atendimento, a gestão da carteira de clientes e o cumprimento dos processos comerciais. - Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e atuar em conjunto com as demais áreas da empresa para garantir eficiência e satisfação dos clientes.

Requisitos - Experiência em supervisão ou liderança de equipes comerciais. - Conhecimento no segmento de suprimentos industriais, ferramentas, abrasivos, EPIs, materiais de manutenção e demais produtos utilizados em ambientes industriais. - Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas, negociação, gestão de carteira de clientes e indicadores comerciais. - Habilidade para desenvolver pessoas, analisar resultados e implementar estratégias comerciais. - Boa comunicação, organização, proatividade e foco em resultados.
