Kroz naše prodavaonice — njih čak 66 diljem Hrvatske — svakodnevno nudimo širok izbor kruha i peciva, slanih i slatkih proizvoda te svježih i pakiranih kolača i torti, stvarajući iskustvo kojem se kupci rado vraćaju.

Trenutno zapošljavamo Voditelja prodajnog mjesta (m/ž) u Zagrebu, Kukuljanovu i Puli.

Ukoliko već imate iskustvo rada u trgovini mješovite robe ili prehrambenih proizvoda te želite doprinijeti podizanju kvalitete rada maloprodajnog mjesta, ovo je odlična prilika da se upoznamo!

Što ćete raditi:

• organizirati rad poslovnice

• naručivati proizvode, kontrolirati unos istih, pratiti stanje te kontrolirati izvršeni povrat

• izlagati asortiman u vitrinama i policama

• prodavati, peći, pripremati i skladištiti proizvode

• raspoređivati smjene, slobodne dane i godišnje odmore

• mentorirati nove djelatnike

• voditi brigu o izgledu i higijeni poslovnice te očuvanju inventara

• prijavljivati kvarove uređaja i opreme u poslovnici i kontrolirati izvršene popravke

• kontrolirati izgled i higijenu djelatnika

• provoditi, ažurirati i kontrolirati dokumente zakonske i interne regulative (MTU, HACCP, sanitarne iskaznice, higijenski minimum, zaštita na radu, deratizacija, upute o pečenju)

• obavljati primopredaju smjene i zaključavati dnevni promet

• obavljati sve ostale poslove prema nalogu neposrednog rukovoditelja

Vaše obrazovanje i iskustvo:

• stručna sprema: SSS

• barem dvije godine iskustva rada u trgovini prehrambenih proizvoda ili mješovite robe

• rad na računalu

• dostupnost rada u dvije smjene (jutarnjoj i poslijepodnevnoj)
