Are you passionate about using data, insights, and technology to drive growth, influence strategy, and unlock commercial opportunities? Then you could be the Senior Manager, Global eCommerce Analytics & Insights we're looking for.

As Senior Manager, Global eCommerce Analytics & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving Pandora's global eCommerce analytics agenda. This is a highly visible leadership position at the intersection of analytics, commercial strategy, and digital growth.

Leading a team of analytics professionals, you will combine strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical expertise to ensure data remains at the heart of decision-making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Commercial insights & business partnering

  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to Global eCommerce leadership, shaping priorities and key business decisions.
  • Identify growth opportunities across traffic, conversion, customer and product performance, and turn them into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Lead deep dives into the key drivers of eCommerce performance and translate findings into actions that move the business.

Forecasting & performance management

  • Own forecasting and performance measurement that support commercial planning and trading decisions.
  • Define the KPIs and frameworks used to track and steer eCommerce growth.
  • Continuously sharpen analytical approaches and decision-making tools.

Analytics strategy & Centre of Excellence

  • Define the analytics strategy, priorities and roadmap for Global eCommerce.
  • Lead Pandora's global eCommerce analytics community and set the standard for how analytics creates business value.
  • Build analytical and commercial capability across the organisation through coaching and knowledge sharing.

eCommerce analytics platforms

  • Act as business owner of Pandora's key eCommerce analytics platforms, ensuring they answer the questions that matter most to the business.
  • Lead the Centre of Excellence around these platforms, connecting business needs with technology teams and vendor partners.
  • Ensure stakeholders can rely on trusted, decision-ready data.

Team leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
  • Build capabilities in analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster a collaborative, curious and commercially minded culture.

What is needed to succeed

We imagine that you bring significant experience within eCommerce analytics, commercial analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, combined with a passion for translating data into business value and strategic impact.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience working within eCommerce, digital, or commercial analytics environments.
  • A strong track record of using analytics and insights to influence business strategy, trading performance, and commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect analytical findings to broader commercial objectives.
  • Experience identifying growth opportunities and proactively defining analytical priorities and agendas.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital performance analytics, forecasting, experimentation, and performance measurement.
  • Experience acting as business owner of web analytics platforms, ideally Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare or similar digital experience analytics tools.
  • Experience setting the analytics agenda and ways of working within a global organisation.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, international environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous business questions into actionable analytical approaches.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for cultivating data-driven cultures.

We hope to see that you are:

  • A commercially minded analytics leader who naturally connects data to business outcomes.
  • A strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture while identifying the key drivers of performance.
  • Comfortable moving between executive-level discussions and analytical deep dives.
  • Curious, proactive, and confident challenging assumptions with data and insights.
  • An inspiring people leader and coach.
  • A strong communicator who can simplify complexity and translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Passionate about driving business performance through customer, commercial, and digital insights.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
