The posting

_Do you want to shape the inventory strategy behind one of the world's largest jewelry brands?

_At Pandora, we are on an exciting transformation journey, building smarter, more agile, and data-driven ways of working across our global retail network. We are now looking for a Specialist, Inventory Strategy to join our Global Merchandising & Supply Chain team!

In this role, you will act as the strategic link between commercial ambitions and inventory performance for one or more retail clusters. You will own inventory, challenge existing ways of working, drive data-led decisions, and ensure stock is in the right place at the right time to support growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career or with a few years of experience under their belt, who is ready to take ownership, influence stakeholders, and grow into a strategic inventory expert within a global organization.

**What You'll Do

**As Specialist, Inventory Strategy, you will serve as the key point of coordination for inventory performance across your assigned retail clusters, partnering closely with Merchandising, Allocation, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and regional stakeholders.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include

**

  • Owning inventory performance and stock investment strategies across assigned retail clusters.
  • Developing inventory frameworks that balance customer demand, commercial performance, and working capital efficiency.
  • Monitoring inventory risks and proactively addressing low stock, excess inventory, and supply constraints.
  • Driving inventory rebalancing strategies across the retail network to maximize stock utilization, improve availability, and support End-of-Season Sale (EOSS) objectives.
  • Establishing and tracking key inventory KPIs, including stock health, forecast accuracy, sell-through, and availability.
  • Supporting allocation and scarcity management decisions for high-demand or constrained products.
  • Driving inventory rebalancing strategies across the retail network to maximize stock utilization and improve availability.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, optimize inventory flows, and increase agility across the business.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to cluster stakeholders, leading discussions, challenging assumptions, and driving alignment on inventory decisions.
  • Supporting strategic projects and transformation initiatives that impact the wider inventory and supply chain ecosystem.

**What We're Looking For

**We imagine you bring a combination of analytical strength, business understanding, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across a global organization. You may come from a background in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or a similar analytical function.

**We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

**

  • 1-4 years of relevant professional experience within Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or a related field.
  • Experience working with retail products, inventory, or commercial planning environments.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
  • Confidence presenting insights and leading discussions with stakeholders.
  • The ability to navigate challenging conversations and influence decisions through data and commercial understanding.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership with limited supervision.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve processes.
  • Experience with SQL, data querying, or AI tools is considered an advantage.

**What Makes You Successful In This Role

**You are someone who is eager to step up and take ownership from day one. You thrive in a fast-paced

environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and are comfortable balancing data, business priorities, and stakeholder needs.

Most importantly, you are not afraid to challenge the status quo, drive change, and take the lead when needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
