  • Du führst und entwickelst dein Team mit Leidenschaft und Fingerspitzengefühl
  • Du sorgst für ein unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis und setzt unsere Produkte perfekt in Szene
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Personalgewinnung und -entwicklung in deinem Store
  • Du behältst Unternehmenskennzahlen, Prozesse und Zielvorgaben im Blick und steuerst deinen Store erfolgreich
  • Du bringst deine Ideen im Store-Alltag mit ein (von der Zusammenstellung unserer Schmuckstücke bis hin zum Training on the floor)
  • Organisation des Stores, Überblick behalten, delegieren als Punkt aufnehmen, priorisieren; auch in High Traffic Phasen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf

We Dream – dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Einzelhandel (idealerweise Lifestyle-/Fashion-/Schmuckbranche)
  • Analytisches Denken und sicherer Umgang mit KPIs und Reporting-Tools
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams etc.)
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
