As a Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee, you will be immersed in the action from day one. Imagine yourself contributing to the magic taking place behind the scenes of our prestigious hotel, where the cleanliness and comfort of every room are treated as an art form. Your mission? To ensure that every corner shines to perfection and that our guests feel at home from the moment they enter their room.
Responsibilities:
Opening the Housekeeping Department: Every morning, you will be responsible for opening the Housekeeping Department. This involves preparing and assigning the team’s daily tasks, checking supply levels and ensuring that everyone is ready to begin the day.
Closing the Housekeeping Department: At the end of the day, you will help close the department. This includes ensuring that all rooms have been cleaned in accordance with the hotel’s standards, preparing end-of-day reports and organising tasks for the following day.
Inventory Management: You will help manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and guest-room amenities. This includes monitoring stock levels, ordering new products and managing deliveries.
Email Management: You will manage the Housekeeping Department’s email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to requests and concerns from guests and other hotel departments.
Coordination with Other Departments: Coordinating with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, will be essential to ensure smooth and efficient service. You will be the main point of contact for any questions relating to the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms.
Inspection of Guest Rooms and Public Areas: You will regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Any issues must be reported and resolved immediately.
Other Responsibilities: You may be assigned other specific duties depending on the department’s needs and ongoing projects.
You will be supported by our experienced team, who will provide you with comprehensive, hands-on training. You will learn every aspect of the profession, from cleaning techniques to the highest standards of guest service.

🔍 Who are we looking for?
- You are a hospitality management student with an internship agreement for at least three consecutive months—although up to six months would be even better—starting immediately or on a mutually agreed date.
- You are comfortable communicating in both English and French with our international guests. Knowledge of Dutch or any other language is an advantage!
- You are communicative, customer-focused and enjoy helping others.
- You are full of energy, work well as part of a team and always keep smiling.
