The posting

We are looking for an IT Technician to work within the Southern Illinois region servicing Information Technologies including networks, servers, workstations, software, phone systems, CCTV, overhead paging and a broad spectrum of other IT technologies. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and incidents. Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent required. • 2 year associates degree a plus but not required. • A+ and Network+ and/or other certifications a plus. • Clean driving record • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment • Good communication skills • Ability to deal with ambiguity • Ability to work overtime and to adapt to changing work schedules • Customer service driven • Pass drug test • Fluent English language skills.
